There are many parts to the modern day myth, which we call evolution. At the core of this foolish myth, is the part which says that life originated in a warm yucky swamp like area which is usually called the " primordial soup ". Any chemist who has studied this primordial soup idea, and knows his discipline, knows that this idea is just plain unscientific nonsense.
This idea was popularized by the work of a then young grad student named Stanley Miller, and a few others. What Miller did, in the mid 1950's, was to construct what most lay people would call a complex assembly of scientific equipment. Into this assembly, Miller placed a mixture of the materials, elements and compounds, which the theorists believed would have been present in the primordial soup. He then subjected this mixture to an electrical sparking device ( to simulate the effects of lightning ) and let it cook for a while.
Miller then carefully extracted and analyzed the products of his primordial soup reaction and found that he had created a few more complex molecules, including a few ( 4 ) of the 20 essential amino acids needed to form proteins.
The scientific community lauded Miller's work, and essentially gave him credit for creating life in a " test tube ", even though the products were light years away from anything that could be called life. What Miller did was to perform a carefully controlled experiment:
matter + a controlled process including input of energy = more complex matter.
This is something which chemists in industry do every day! I formerly worked as a research chemist in the plastics industry. We routinely started with relatively simple molecules, and through carefully controlled processes, with carefully controlled inputs of energy, created the much larger molecules, which we call plastics, or polymers. Chemists in all kinds of industries perform these kinds of transformations every day. Many of these processes are done today by automation. Many of the products which we use, at home and at work, are the result of such processes.
Even the simplest forms of life are infinitely more complex than polymers. To form complex molecules like the ones in living things requires simple molecules ( reactants ), energy, and a control mechanism. The control mechanism in living things, is the whole DNA, RNA, information package, that is in the nucleus of the cells. Without this information package, you don't produce useful complex molecules, like those in living things. Without this information package, you don't have life, and you can't produce life.
I once heard a well known evolutionist answer the question as to which came first, the information package, or the life itself. His answer was that they both came at the same time! If that isn't misplaced blind faith, I don't know what is. It certainly isn't science!
Suprisingly, this is what we Bible believing christians believe. We believe that God created life, complete with its DNA - RNA information package, at the same time. If you listen carefully to what the evolutionists say, you frequently find that somewhere, down deep in their hearts, they know that evolution is a myth.
Here we are now, over 50 years after the experiments of Miller and a few others. Have scientists created life in a test tube? Absolutely not ! They are still light years away. They haven't even come close, and they never will. The truth is still that God created everything that is truly living, men are liars, and the governments, the media, and the educational establishment, are still supporting the liars.
" ...they will turn their ears away from truth, and be turned aside to
fables. "
( II Timothy 4:4 )" ...keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings and oppositions of SCIENCE falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith..."

" Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder), that you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, knowing this first: that SCOFFERS will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation."
( 2 Peter 3:1-4 )and:
Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man, and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen." ( Romans 1:22-25 )
